King Louis the First, surname unknown, is a sentient Penguin-folk encountered establishing a base of operations in in the Sunset Spine. Having kept their operations secret within a hidden cave the "monarch" has constructed a ship on an underground lake.
During investigations on the 4 Uktar into the whereabouts of Ingrid the Ursinethrope King Louis' base of operations were discovered at the point noted on the map attached. After brief attempts at peaceful discussion and despite initial denial of an alliance between the two it was quickly discovered that the two were in league and combat ensued.
After a back and forth assault between the Penguin and the Dawnland adventurers King Louis was unfortunately reduced to a bloody vapour and was unable to be brought to justice.

- Accomplice in the crimes commit by the Werebear Ingrid.
- Assault on the Dawnland Adventurers.

King Louis only displayed sentience when donning the ruby encrusted crown of his father. This crown *may* be the source of his powers.
