Ingrid, surname unknown, is a Ursinethrope last seen terrorising the Sunset Spine. Unconcerned with a potential assault from a five trained adventurers from the Dawnlands and known to keep the company of a large number of warriors able and willing to kill for her defence, Ingrid should be considered a dangerous threat to the unprepared.
Encountered on 21 Marpenoth inhabiting a cave in the Sunset Spine, a map to which can be found attached to this document.
Known Crimes:
- Grand Theft (Pearls, opals, lettuce)
- Kidnapping (Merchants traversing the Sunset Spine)
- Attempted Forcible Cursing (Transformation of innocents into Werebears)
Current Location: Unknown
Known associates:
- King Louis
- Unknown Frost Mage (capable of teleportation)
- Just under a dozen orc minions (dead)w

During an investigation into missing traders in the Sunset Spine on behalf of a Mr Artemis Aspen myself along with Blaze, Bugloss, Terciel, and Nega, encountered Ingrid along with just under a dozen orcs accosting and kidnapping a group of traveling merchants.
After pursuing the kidnappers down the Sunset Spine on a sled we were able to capture one of the orcs before the rest fled into a cave. At his request after capture I provided him the opportunity to "Die with honour" and fought him in single combat. I regret I did not ask his name before he died.
Within the cave we encountered Ingrid along with the remaining orc kidnappers chaining their victims to a wall and performing an unknown ritual upon them.
On our approach I was unable to keep my balance and slid head first into their midst and was swiftly knocked unconscious. With the assistance of my compatriots I was able to bring myself to my feet and together we dispatched the remaining kidnappers.
Whilst attempting to apprehend Ingrid she made her escape and disappeared into thin air with an unknown Frost Mage.
Upon investigation of the cave Mr Aspen's property was recovered and the missing merchants rescued. Inspection of the ritual being performed revealed that Ingrid was attempting to transform these people into more Werebears.
Along with the stolen property a letter addressed to Ingrid was recovered from a King Louis, directing Ingrid to join him at his "Ship". Further investigation is required.

Included in the folder is a map leading out from Port Ffirst to the Sunset Spine, on the map three points are marked.
- A small out of the way spot labelled "Ingrid's cave". Near to the cave is a label saying "Watch out for flying ice creatures and Elk."
- A point traced in via dotted lines from the co-ordinates graph along the edges of the map. Beside the marked point in Kyra's neat handwriting is the word: "Ship?"
- Another spot is marked with the words, "Small pond with penguins? Investigate."

Also in the folder is an envelope with a wax seal embossed with a six pointed snowflake. The wax seal is broken and the letter within reads:
Dear Ingrid,
I have now set up my domain in my allocation of the Sunset Spine and invite you and your new clan, should they have been created by the time you receive this, to join me on my ship. [co-ordinates which are also on the spine]. My subjects and I look forward to seeing you,
Signed King Louis.
