Nappin Gyrowistle - of the Gyrowistle family of renown Waterdhavian cartographers - opened a new business venture in the Tritooth Wharf of Port Ffirst just before the summer. The Rose of the Wind: Charts and Maps for Trade and Adventuring has been doing well, despite its sudden appearance raised a few eyebrows in the small Ffirstish merchant community. Rumours of an undisclosed involvement of the LeNoirs Brothers have circulated ever since. Carefully handwritten leaflets have since been posted multiple times at the docks, outside the Cavernous Seashank, as well as on the board at the Flourished Hook.

The shop was not hard to find; Menace has been here before, after all. Remembering the previous meeting, he gives the door of the Rose of the Wind a firm knock, then steps inside, not waiting for an answer. The small bell above the door announces his arrival.
"Good afternoon, Master Nappin! What a pleasure it is to see you again. I hope you have found the map I supplied you with of the south eastern isles useful? Well, today I come to ask for your wisdom. I need a map of the Underdark!"

A message is delivered by Airmail to Menace ( Ian (Menace) . Dear Master Mace, I hope you are still interested in a map to the Dawnlandian Underdark. I finally have something for you. The map - and guide I should add - come with some strings attached that I would rather discuss in person at my shop after closure.
Kind Regards. Nappin Gyrowistle

An urchin boy brings a message to Nappin Gyrowistle at his store: Dear Master Nappin, I was delighted to receive your message. I am indeed still in the market for such a map and guide, and I shall visit you at your offices this evening to discuss this matter further. Yours truly, Your friend Mace
