An elaborate parchment has been put up in the Sea Shank, Flourished hook and Three Headed Etting stating the following:
Looking for some interested adventurers to go check out an island of interest and maybe create some kind of ties and relationships with the inhabitants. I will be staying at the Flourished Hook this week for whomever interested.
