(NPC) The Djinn & Tonic [DH & PF]

An eclectic looking, well-travelled caravan. A light haze can be seen wafting from the door and windows from time to time. The Djinni's caravan is one of impossibly varied taste; adorned with intricate patterns, painted murals, as well as several hanging trinkets. Inside the caravan is a luxurious hideaway. It is considerably larger than the size of the caravan should allow, plush with pillows, rugs, and draped curtains. There is a haze swirling, dancing, in the beams of light of the part shuttered windows.
This caravan has been setup outside of Daring Heights for some time now, and it seems that an identical one has turned up at Port Ffirst now as well. Any enquiries about it will turn up that this is the home of a Djinn that knows a guy who owes them a favour for pretty much anything, at the price of a favour... Also the best hookah lounge around.
(Mechanically, Ka'sam is a session generating tool - Come to him with a request–within reason–and we'll try to set something up. For example, Nowhere cashed in a favour (for saving Ka'sam's sister from a Dao) and met a Lich who gave him a boon, paying back the favour the Lich owed Ka'sam.)
