Over the past few weeks, a young Goliath woman has been seen approaching prominent adventurers in Daring Heights and Port Ffirst. The towering youngster hands each a small parchment sealed with red wax and departs, exchanging few words with anyone, the carved wooden beads woven into her braids making more noise than she does. The notes are written in a neat, concise hand and each reads:

A situation concerning Taffeta Thistletop and myself has arisen, and must be resolved with haste. I seek to enter the lower planes destroy two fiends who have sworn enmity with us, and through us, with the citizens of Daring.
