Lycan Slave or Cattle hoarders?

Rama has come back from the Sunset mountains a bit battered up with a few others, sitting having a drink. He mentions to whomever happens to ask him about his recent travels or his ruffled condition about how he and a few other brave adventurers have journeyed to the mountains to get rid of the Gnolls in there. He described how it was worse than what he thought! it was infested and full of lycans, some even were wielding magic with curious power. They were even keeping humans as prisoners. Possibly as either slaves or cattle, that he is yet to be sure of. He describes where they found them, how he and his party barely survived with their live just helping the prisoners escape!. He is planning to head there again, but he needs to find a way that is more efficient to cull those cursed creatures!
