A large deep-blue ornate tent appeared on the Southern outskirt of Port Ffirst.
Outside of the tent, various small construction works are in place setting up what seems to be stages and carts.
Posters can be seen around the city saying:
'Her Majesty the Queen of Night and Magic honors residents of Port Ffirst with a fair to glorify her unmatched generosity, kindness and charm.
One night only!'
