Hmm, this is starting to fill up... can I say provisionally yes for Heret depending on what (if any) other games are happening the same day? (I'm discovering the problem with having a level 11 character and a level 3 one...)

Can I just check - has Taffeta ever heard of Vixtor Jurls and / or has she got any reason to think this notice is a credible report of a threat *to Daring Heights* as opposed to a threat to Jurls or some other private interest that she doesn't care about?

You aren't aware of Vixtor, though something about the way the writing is clearly by a practiced, elegant hand, yet written briefly, tersely, as if in a hurry suggests an urgency and threat which goes beyond the few words of the message.
