A note of is pinned to the board in the Three-Headed Ettin:
"Congratulations to the citizens of Daring Heights!
You have been honored by the triton community with an invitation to the Grand Tournament of Zeyshel. This is a spectacle second to none IN THE WORLD! (underlined)
You are looking forward to meeting us!
Zeyshelath family"
A smaller note is pinned beneath this:
"The council would like to hire a group of adventurers to represent Daring Heights at this event and report afterwards. Reward included. Please come see me for details and delegation packs. Aurelia Archselon"
(I'll be running this in the Bad Moon Cafe on Tuesday 9 April)

After asking around as to where Aurelia can be found, Darius heads over to the council building. Clearly ill-at-ease - or at least reluctant - at being in these surroundings, Darius waits to see the council member and with minimal ceremony puts his name forward to attend the Tournament. He only has two questions for her: "Is there much fighting to be done?" and "What reward can we expect?"
If Darius gets a more rewarding offer, he'll take up that opportunity instead.

Ha! I would love to play this kind of game! š
Ginead is putting this on his list since he's exploring a bit more outside Port Ffirst. He's not one for ego, but definately for sizing up competition for future reference.

I'll have actually just hit level 3 by then, so Milo and I are in.
"Granted I don't much see the point in picking fights for the sake of fighting, your ladyship, but I don't think I'll be much help around here just throwing myself into situations without really practising, and a properly organised tournament should be less life or death than the last few times I've ended up in a scrap. With any luck!"

Pieni has no idea what a Triton is and would like to find out!
