Buddy Waits

Wearing his wide brimmed hat and twirling the end of his wiry black moustache, Buddy Waits can often be found gambling, drinking, bragging and gambling some more in the scummiest taverns and inns of the expanse. Did I mention gambling? Yes Buddy has a weakness for lady luck, perhaps a reflection of his own magical propensities. Casting seems to be all Buddy is good for, whether it's dice at a table or spells, it's all in Luck's hands. Fortunately for him, or so he likes to claim, he is the fastest spell-slinger in all the Expanse and a crack shot with the magic missile!
