I’ve found a teacher for Smith's tools in Dr. Archie’s friend Mendal. The dwarf is an amazing crafter, and his dragon sculpture in their courtyard is exquisite! Dr. Archie used a spell to create a doorway to a mansion, which has a well equipped forge where I have been learning.

I managed to find out more about Weasel, the individual involved in my arrival. After talking with several intermediaries a group of us found him being held by the Hekrati. He was in bad shape, and still swore up and down that he didn’t intend to smuggle me to Kantas. However, he couldn’t remember where I came from.
We freed him, and he was nearly assassinated by a competitor. We undoubtedly made the Hekrati mad, and Safire gave me a ring of truth telling that might help in future interactions.

I went with Mittens and his housemate Yin to the feywild when he went to the Temple of Seasons to take his vows. The temple, though still under construction, was beautiful, peaceful and intricately painted. Unfortunately time moves differently in the feywild, and when we returned I didn’t have time for my smithing lessons. I must pay more attention to the intended adventure destinations when I’m in the midst of learning!

A very strange adventure took a group of us to a place out of time, a fancy party where everything was drenched in gold. We interacted with nearly solid memories of people, and I was able to trade a story for a bag of stardust. In the end it all cracked and fell away and we were back where we started, but I still had the bag. I wonder if I can craft something with it someday?

A morning attempt at studying in the graveyard led to several of us being shrunk to the point where blades of grass rose above our heads. We were coerced into another trip into the feywild to seek a hollow acorn. My unseen servant was very useful for travel and for providing a stable platform where my invisible mage hand could bring seeds harvested from laser sunflowers to my invisible self. These special sunflower seeds were gifted to the inhabitants of a tree (each of our party did keep one) in order to inspect their acorn supply and find what we sought. I’m so glad I carry an empty sack!

I’ve made a shield! Now I must decide what to learn next, it is hard to choose…
