“Beets?”
“Uh huh Jer?”
“Is there a reason you’re…”
“Mm?”
“Well you know…”
“What? D-Do I have something on my face? Is it pie? I did eat a lot of it on my trip to the Circus?”
“Wait? You went to the Circus?”
“Yup, a new cat on the corner named Cort was offering out free tickets?”
“Was it trap? I know of no Circus in town.”
“You went to the Circus?!”
“No it was fine Axel, Archie apparently knew the guy and Pipper and dwarf called Kelkor came along so we would’ve been fine anyway!. It over in Neverwinter so I also got to have my first visit to the mainland out of it too. We weren’t going just to see the show though, cool-cat Cort had a buddy he wanted to catch up with."
“You went to the Circus-on the mainland?!!”
“A buddy? What like a clown or an acrobat or something Beets?”
"Big-Mouth they were called Di. They're a big lizard thing called a t-rex. I thought it was some big wingless little legged dragon at first, judging by this big toy I won of him in the carnival games we played before the show. Turns out they look pretty close this though.”
“You saw an a real-live t-rex? At the Circus?! On the mainland?!!!”
“That sounds pretty wild Beets though why the strange get up, weren’t thinking of joining were you?”
“Heh, nah. No some of the performers got bad bellies from eating the left over pies from the eating contest. So we stood in for them for them. I was Beets the Beast for my performance. Gotta say this costume is pretty comfy.”
“You got to perform-with a t-rex?! At the Circus?!!
“Didn’t you eat some pie too though you said Beets? How come you didn’t feel sick?”
“Beet have strong gut from eating meals here.”
“What you mean-is from all the pastries she has Paradise Frost Axel?”
“No. Your cook-”
“Ugh-Hhmm! *Cough Cough* Well it sounds like you had a fun time Beets, though I thought you didn’t do performances anymore?”
“Well it’s true I don’t do my Beets the Beetle act anymore Di, but I mean come on, everyone wants to run away to join the Circus!”
“I wanna go to the Circus!!!”
