Zeenah - Deep gnome warlock Paul - Tabaxi Ranger Ghesh - Black Dragonborn Barbarian Grey Grimes - Firbolg Life Cleric Bodhi - Beach dwarf coastal druid
After some prior adventures Bodhi missed with a collector of antiquities, puzzle rooms, arm wrestling, our party possessed a treasure map of a remote island and a gold coin with the image of a Kraken. We hired a ship, The Quiznal, and its young half elf Captain Bernica Moyna and her crew. A fairly trouble free voyage 2 days to the south, with possible ghost ship sightings, reef sharks, and sea monsters being eaten by even more enormous sea monsters ensued. The island had an enormous stone cavern, crudely carved to appear like the open maw of a shark. We went in, as you do. The party made heavy weather of traversing a shark filled pool, and then quick work bypassing trap filled corridors and some sahuagin. We found an underground shrine, with a shark pool being fed limbs, a pair of sahuagin, and a priestess. Zeenah negotiated with the priestess, who worshipped a god called Sekolah, and who quizzed her if she was one Who Eats or one That Is Eaten. Zeenah gave her our gold coin, to go with a second the priestess already had. A fight broke out, and we were victorious. The shark and a sahuagin escaped into a tunnel beneath the pool. We got some phat loot. Bodhi snagged a trident that will let him dominate fish, which he’s pretty stoked about. There was also a sweet necklace and a potion and a torn note. Something about telling Dacaris the Dragonborn not to trust anyone, that there is at least one traitor?
