Mendal recieves a letter. Inscribed upon the front of this wafer thin paper in light blue ink is simply: 'Race Champion'. He can practically read the content before opening the envelope, but he goes through the motions with great show in front of his house mates.


'Dear Mendal, I understand that you are part of this year's winning team at the Mountain Marathon. We are experimenting with course design and wish to invite you to participate in a second race. Victory will automatically qualify you for next year's event and comes with a substantial reward. Gather a team. We will be in touch to transport you to our plane but beware; this race will be more technically challenging and potentially even more dangerous than the last!'


It goes unsigned, perhaps whoever wrote it forgot, or wished to keep their identity a mystery.



This is a game for 4 players with one reserved for Mendal (Andy D)

PCs should be in Daring Heights at the start of the session.
