I write to you on the behalf of a citizen of the one Dawnlands, one Mr. Lin Harger, who has seemingly become a victim of the politics of K'ul Goran.
A businessman held on charges of piracy despite a distressingly small amount of evidence, Magistrate Cleaver is conspicuously unwilling to release Mr. Harger or even allow an investigation into their case to move forward.
I request that qualified criminal investigators who are not under the Magistrate's purview be sent so that we might see to the expedient release of our limbo bound prisoner."
