Two notices appear in the dingier alleys and safehouses of Port Ffirst.
"So I've decided to expand my legitimate gambling business in this town through legitimate methods, but some prick has found out about the order I placed for some... assistance and intends to nick it from me. In a couple days the cart's coming from Daring Heights, make sure it reaches the docks and I'll pay you good. -Weasel"
"Some little shit is trying to cut in on my business and I won't stand for it. Apparently he's bringing in some secret weapon in a couple of days from Daring Heights, make sure it gets to the back of the Seashank and I'll pay you as much as he's willing to plus you won't make an enemy for helping that rat. -Four-fingers"
Yearu is one of several to have seen these notices, do these crime bosses really deserve this secret weapon? Perhaps the strongest party should simply take it for themselves.
