Carric and Nevarra talk to Mendal daily now. Improving his crafting skills and deepening their connection. They have judged him ready for his first trial. They are convinced he is worthy to begin unlocking the secrets of magical artifice. They will show him the way to an old forge. A forge that holds not only secrets but also danger that must be overcome. Mendal will not want to do this alone.
