"The bastards in the city watch have been found cavorting with devils and abusing their power and their colleagues do nothing. I have names, I have home addresses, all I need is some knives. Cut their fucking throats, skin them, and leave their guts on the doorstep of the council. If they refuse to oust these infernalists I will. To those of you with moral compasses I have proof I am more than glad to share in private company. To those with empty purses I am willing to pay as much as needed.
