Tugark isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but he does know that falling hurts.
He's been doing quite a bit of falling recently, from different heights in different places across town. No one has seen him climb anything, nor seen him jump from anywhere. In some places there wasn't anywhere tall enough to even jump from.
He is aware that there is magic to prevent falling from hurting, but those that can do that won't always be with him. Tugark also knows, after much trial and error in his younger years, that you can't build up resistances to some things by starting small and working your way up in tolerance.
So with that in mind Tugark is seeking an artificer to help him break his fall before the fall breaks him.
