Dear Ivan,
We are in terrible need of your help, something has been attacking and destroying our ships all over the Sea Of Tears and our attempts to just figure out what this is have all failed. We've lost too many to what this may be, too many Captain's have gone down with their ships that we can't afford to lose any more.
So we asking if you and some of your adventurers of your choosing can set sail and deal with this problem for us, you will be provided with the finest ship we can spare and the finest crew to go with it and should you succeed a small fortune will be awaiting you.
