A clap of thunder sounds around her as heavy wind forces her forward, the fog she wanders through grasping onto her clothes, holding itself closer to her. The wind suddenly stops pushing forward, abandoning her to the silence and the fog. Lightning flashes and thunder rings across the landscape but no shapes are illuminated to find a bearing. A faint blue light gently begins to shine in front on her; as she concentrates on this light it glows brighter and brighter until it explodes in a mighty flash. The force from it flings her onto her back and casts away a large swath of fog. She picks herself back up and looks to where the light was and sees what is actually there - a huge tree. As she looks down notices that the base of the tree and its roots are made entirely of perfectly clear aquamarine water. It flows upward and transforms into beautifully clear crystal with ancient runes carved into its surface. Though hard to see from below, crystalline leaves sit on the branches and sway softly in the low wind. A serene white light radiating from deep within tree draws her attention to the hooded figure standing before her, face hidden in the shadow. The figure raises both hands and in a tranquil voice speaks.
"Daughter of three, it is time. We have need of each other, a deal for you and a quest for me. You know where to find me. Do not come alone, friends will guide you on this journey. Now awaken and come to me, awaken and claim the power that you seek."
The figure's hands rise higher and gently clasp her face and to place a kiss upon her forehead. Her eyes close and the sound of thunder echoes in the distance.
With a start Zola wakes up, sitting bolt upright, trying to process what it was she just saw. After a moment she notices a faint blue light coming from her hand. As she looks she sees the ring that was given to her by the Sovereign of The Court of Sorcery. She knows where she must go, she just needs to gather people first.
This game is for 5 players with one space reserved for Zola Rhomdaen and will start in Daring Heights
This game is a two parter session please take this into consideration when signing up
This game will take place on Discord A/V channels and maybe roll20 for maps
