Yinmaris limps slowly into his room at the Fair Winds, his left arm in a sling despite the clerical healing his left shoulder and forearm needs to rest according to the cleric that restored the areas bitten into by the demon's many jaws. He looks into the mirror, his vibrant nimblewright hat is now mostly burned away and a large section of his jacket and armour below have severe damage with a hole where the healers removed tattered cloth, metal and leather as to not cause a future injury in the severe bite wound.
He winces and thinks to himself that if not for the assistance from Tayz and Felix in bolstering his vigour he'd be dead and looks down dejectedly, he didn't really help in the grand scheme of things I mean sure he helped the ambassador but Kundar hates all adventurers even more and it's clear with the way that crowd just happened to be there that tis whole thing was engineered by that very dapper kobold.
He slowly lies down in bed snuggling under the bed sheets, after a few hours of being able to sleep he picks up his notebook

it was nice seeing Glint and Tayz after all this time, Felix was interesting and taught him much about being a bard. Including when not to play music. Cyclone was amazing, she fought the demons with such speed and grace. It was nice that she helped with getting me that healer, I'll do what I can to repay her for that kindness and it'd be nice to see her again. She has a good heart and beautiful fashion sense.
I worry about what is to become of Kundar, that Prideborn seems to be a smart tactics guy and he truly hates adventurers. I find it weird that Glint saw those two lieutenants, part of me wonders if it was by Prideborn's design like some machinations I've heard of back home.

Letter from Yinmaris to the Bright-Bladed Queen Merla, the Daughter of Summer the day after:
Your Majesty,
I hope this letter reaches you well and in better health than I currently am in. I joined a group of adventurers (Cyclone, Glint, Tayz and Felix) in a desperate mission, we were all in Portal Plaza when a dragonborn girl covered in soot and wearig singed clothes jumped out of a portal. She told us that Kundar was burning. As we jumped through a portal to the city, that is a beautiful valley city with mainly draconic folk, we found that there was a severe fire to the east of the city As we headed there Glint noticed two figures, leiutenants of someone called Matthias Prideborn, plotting in an alley. Glint cast a Sending to the local ambassador who was suddenly attacked while replying.
Glint and Cyclone said that we should head to the ambassador's house then the East of the City as the house was on the way. There we found the house was fully engulfed in flames, after some time entering the mansion. As I entered a central hall with stairs upstairs I was charged at and painfully attacked by a draconic demon creature who bit powerfully into my shoulder, luckily Tayz and Felix had bolstered my vigour so I was able to take the hit without falling. After using my fey walkings I was able to get up the stairs where I saw Glint and Cyclone fighting 2 other demons while attempting to save the ambassador and succeding. After Glint got the ambassador away from the 2 demons and near to me a 4th demon charged in but luckily the ambassador was able to recover from the attempted assassination enough to hold off a bit longer.
I was able to heal her slightly more before something odd occurred, the demons seemed tto monologue a bit before dissolving and dissappearing. Glint got us outside before the house burned down and we were planning to go to the affected part of the city when a crowd was waiting for us outside the mansion led by a kobold called Prideborn. They started angry and suspicious of us as it seemed the other fires were conveniently doused within the minute or two of us being inside the mansion, we explained what happened but the doubted us till they saw the severe bite I sustained after I stopped focussing on an ice armour spell you gifted me that kept the blood inside of me and I explained what happened. Glint, Tayz and Cyclone then helped persuade the crowd till Felix thought a performance was a good idea. It was not a good idea. He proceeded to sing "We did start the fire", to say I was disgusted by that was an understatement but here we are, the crowd turned on us after that. I was able to get the wound healed after we were allowed to leave Kundar but I ahve found myself unable to sleep with odd nightmares which are weird as I usually trance, I am going to the Temple of Waukeen to see what is going on so there should be nothing to be worried about. I am however worried of what is to become of Kundar and I will keep you apprised of anything else I discover.
