An urgent bulletin is posted on the Fort Ettin noticeboard:
A former bandit by the name of Razor Ellie has escaped from imprisonment at Daring Heights.
Our officers were able to track her to New Hillborrow, but she must have been tipped off and was gone by the time they arrived.
Evidence on the scene suggests that she's made a run into the Feyverge Valley.
If she makes it into the feywild then she's gone for good. We need adventurers skilled in tracking to chase her down before she gets there and bring her in.
Fair warning - she's the type to put up a fight. If she gives you one then we'd rather have her alive, but we'll accept a corpse.
