There's a ragged old man who's been drinking at the Hung Rabbit for the past few months. Seems to be from somewhere out of town, and seriously down on his luck. Folks haven't pushed him for his story, so they just call him The Cougher on account of his sickly laugh. But that all changed yesterday. This mysterious old timer has put out word that he needs help from some professionals. Who will answer?
