My fellow Kantasians, I bring you tidings of the strongest import on the eve of battle.
You may have heard the rumours that Daring Heights has drawn the talents of another half-elf bard, of dashing looks and stunning charm, of musical talent to rival even my own. You may have heard talk of a friendly rivalry sparking between this songsmith and myself! You may be asking what this has to do with the oncoming assault? Well, I will happily address all of those queries right here and now.
Indeed! A new half-elf has graced this rustic town with his fine talents. And aye, a spark has grown between us both, but it is not the spark of rivalry, but of kinship! Over the past few months, this figure of note and I have become close friends, and recently we became close business partners as well. What the rumours do not tell, however, is that we have also become partners in more than just business.
So now, on the eve of battle, when we are at our most anxious and when our spirits hum with disquiet, we would like to bring some joy and celebration back to the town of Daring.
Those of you who are able, please join in celebration as I, Leocanto Regalo Costoso, propose my love and adoration for my rival and partner, @jamiesd !
We shall be wed at the Temple of Selune at dusk. And on the morrow we shall face the oncoming horde together, blessed in the eyes of Selune! Those of you who know us well are invited to the event and feast of a lifetime; those of you who know us by name, hoist a drink in celebration! There are many things worth fighting for, but none more potent than love!
