The Duchess is an enigmatic figure in Daring Heights. Part spy, part socialite (so basically a spy), part mage (for magical spying), part fashion icon (this is not related to the spying), she's known well in some circles and not at all in others, working closely with Councillor Saria Underwood on intelligence matters for the Dawnlands council.
A problem has crossed her desk (in an undisclosed location), from a name she had to look up in the files: 'Judge Red.' When she found the name, and read the report, she laughed loudly, and now sits trying to think of how best to respond. What aid can you give a monster-turned-detective?
Then the thought of the enthusiastically monstrous fairy who was so keen to give aid the other day came to her mind. She glanced at the report again and smiled broadly.
It's always nice to reacquaint people. She picked up a quill and began to write her letter.
"My Darling Adventurers (but most especially Beets),
An old, strange acquaintance has sent a call for help to us, one I believe Beets and a few others are familiar with.
If you would be so kind, meet me in the Gilded Mirror to discuss how we can best resolve this request from Judge Red, an giant ooze of equal appetite for people and thirst for justice. The fate of the Judge may be in your hands to decide.
