The voice reaches Elias in the space between trance and dream. A gentle breeze shakes loose a few snowflakes from the great Bloodwood Tree, falling like shimmering stars, under which Elias has nestled themselves for their meditation.
"...The world is changing. I can taste it in the water, feel it in the earth, smell it in the wind..."
The high voice of Woody is far away, but filled with fear and uncertainty, a child alone in the dark.
"...There are voices in the wind. They call to me through the earth. Their whispers are in the water..."
Elias strains through their connection with their Bloodwood bondmate, opening their senses to experience the panoply of sensory input the tree provides.
There is something out there.
Something beckons.
Something old and wise.
Something dark and tempting, like sweet sap dripping heavy on fresh snow.
Something that could teach them?
"...Iβm afraid. But I want to see. Will you take me?β
Elias wakes from their trance, cold sweat on their brow. Something didn't quite feel right. But parenting a child is hard, especially one you don't fully understand, and sometimes you need all the advice you can get.
This is a game for 4 players with one spot reserved for Elias/Frigus/Chartreuse/Azriel .
The game will run on Discord A/V, and maybe Roll20 for maps.
