[Online] Ghosts of Derthaad Past (lvl 15+) 19/01 & 26/01

As Derthaad steps into his new flat in Daring Heights, he's surprised to find a plump envelope waiting for him on the floor. Initially, he thinks it must be for the previous owner, but the seal with a five-headed diety and a familiar handwriting on the address line tells him the letter must be for him. He opens it, gingerly, to read fancy cursive:
Esteemed master Derthaad,
Ever since your Sending to me last month I've felt ill at ease. You've rid us of the biggest threat to Kundar and our church we've seen in years, and I... couldn't answer a simple query. So I've put a couple of our priests on divining, and also sent people out with more secular inquiries, looking for anything at all regarding dragons with cogs around their necks and hoards in the Dawnlands. We've been finding glimpses, but yesterday we've received a revelation from our Queen! She was most gracious, if mysterious. She said she knew you'd help her find them, whatever that meant... She would also like you to know that she requests your presence in an elf village south of Kundar, in Galavir: to thank you in person, and to reconnect you with an old friend. See what I mean? Gracious and mysterious!
I'd be lying if I said I don't envy the honour the Dragon Queen bestows upon you, but I'd also be lying if I said you don't deserve it. I suppose, I shall congratulate myself on being eventually helpful to your enquiry, and to being, as ever,
