A crudely written jumble of letters has been crossed out and replaced with neatly written message and pinned to board in Fort Ettin.
"Dear Adventurers,
On a recent expedition the Relic Chapel has discovered a holy artifact of Torm in the service of undead. We have invited its current wielder to a place on the edge of what we believe to be the Angelbark forest with intent to combat this menace and take back our relic. Please assist. Gather here in a few days and one of our number will meet you. Thank you!
P.S. please take care of this note as apparently we will need it back."
