A darkness has crept over the southern farmsteads. Rumours and whispering of incantations to the underworld, lead by a ressurected priest. Others talk of the new owner of one of the farms, daughter to a father killed, gathering angry voices whispering for revenge. And if you listen closely you'll hear mention of a figure in these rumours. Tall and hooded, hiding a thick muscular frame, poised in the shadows. The darkness grows deeper each the night, and will take it's revenge in due time.

Expected to take place from April (based on availability)

Well shit, biggest waste of 500gp ever! That stupid Waukeen boy, here I go again to deal with these damned farmhands... getting sick of this town, might just hire someone to go after him and go back to Faerun! ~Rholor thinks to himself as he hears these rumours throughout town~ (Am definitely in, whenever this is)

It was definitely a good idea to resurrect the mad priest with a vendetta against us.
I'm in because if i'm not, you'll all die.

In an opening to the forest to the south, a man kneels. His hands numb and blue in the deep snow. And beneath the snow, cold hard earth. And beneath the earth, chard and blacked remains of comrades fallen. The man prays and chants in the darkness. And the snow around him seems to shift, as if a jolt of energy shook the earth. And he continues to pray deep into the night, as a large hooded figure watches from the shadows. And the darkness grows deep into the night.

Well shit I go to a different plane for a month and you resurrect a madman. I'm in, and if you are really lucky I will bring my unruly demons with me.

(A full party - of course others are welcome, but bear in mind the difficulty spike may make it risky. This may be a double episode session, and we need to time this for when Tugark is back to shore - perhaps 24th April/1st May?)

"What do you mean?" An woman in her late 40's with broken blood vessels across her nose, and a heavy frame covered in chainmail shook the young man in front of her.
"I'd, I'd left my post. Only for ten minutes mind." Sweat was covering him.
"You left your guard and your comrade alone? And when you came back he was like this!" The woman motioned to the ground. The morning was already light, and by the portal was the limp and bloody body of another man. His body wore armour and lay as if crushed into an invisible box. The young man knodded. He went to speak. "Enough. Out of my sight. And hand in your blade to the guard house." She spat out the words.
She stood in front of the portal looking at the dead guard she has called her friend, covering him with her cloak.
---
Few people were up that early, know one in the Ettin said they actually saw the body. But rumour spread of a guard murdered at night by the portal. His body crushed like a twig.
