[Online] Magic Dreamhouse (Lvls 12-20) 17/8/22

I am hoping to construct a home so infused with magic that it will please the wonderous Mother of All Magic.
I have managed to locate the potential building materials to achieve this, it’s just that they lie on the ocean floor...
Some assistance in acquiring these materials would be most appreciated, and I will of course compensate those interested for their time and efforts.
