Sticky was a smart thief, always knowing which targets were best to nick from, which pockets wouldn't complain too much if they were pinched. He was also a very uncomfortable thief, at least he was at the moment. The room was dark, he knew this was a deliberate choice on his associate's part. Well, calling Mr. M an associate wasn't exactly the case, although they were technically on the same side fairly often. Suddenly the chilling voice echoed through the dark stone room.
"Good evening Sticky, I hope you're doing well? Business good I hope. In fact that's what I wanted to talk about Ryan Aarhus, oh I'm sorry, Sticky. I know you put a lot of your profits towards taking care of your... let me remember... Boyfriend? Shame about him isn't it, terminal if I remember. All that money though, his doctor is very skilled from what I've heard, in fact you probably have enough to go for months without having to stroll the streets at this point ey?"
Sticky barely managed to mumble out a response before he could vaguely see the figure waving his objections aside.
"Sticky Sticky listen to me, Daring Heights is under threat! And we as good citizens need to do our utmost to save it! You can't expect the city to survive when its purse is missing can you Sticky?"
He felt the figure move closer, saw the dim light of the candle behind its fogged glass just barely glint off of something metallic.
"Just until the invasion is over Sticky, can you do that for me?"
It was at this point that Sticky fainted.
Sascha chuckled to themselves, Sticky was keeping a low profile, Persephone and her crew had moved temporarily to Port Ffirst and Terrance's gambling den was going to start dealing real cards for once.. temporarily at least. After all, crime pays, but not when there's no one to take the money from, sacrifices must be made and Sascha was very good at cutting off loose ends.
