As people scurry left and right, hurrying to find help, count supplies and build defences, word reaches the council that a small tower has been spotted in the foothills of the sunset spine. Still being built there is concern that this could be a Gith outpost. The council need some heroes to find out what is going on and neutralise any threat before its defences are complete.
PCs should be in DH at the start of the session.
