Hi all,
A new years resolution for me was to expand my gaming a little out to other things such as CCG games, board games etc. With this in mind I have recently picked up Arkham Horror Card Game, Pathfinder Card Game and Android Netrunner. However, as my girlfriend has rolled her eyes up at me about them, and other friends aren't showing much interest either, I am having to play solo variants. I wondered if anyone in the group played these and fancied a game, or fancied helping a newbie start to understand their complexities.
Thanks,
Derek

Certainly happy to join in at some point. Although I've never heard of any of them!

I have never heard of any of those... But I used to play Magic: The Gathering back in the day AND I'm known to play a few online CCGs here and there count me in!

Also, regarding Arkham, I have the Arkham board games: Elder Sign, Arkham Horror, Eldritch Horror, and Mansions of Madness. If that is of interest to anyone?

I love Eldritch Horror - would love a game. Have only ever played with 2 players, so if we can get 3 or 4 folks on board that would be great

Ok there are a few people showing interest in a board game night. Would people be interested in running a one off board game night at the Argyle at some point? To my mind either Edlritch, Arkham or Mansions would make most sense as a starting point.
If people are interested in doing a one off board game night at the Argyle can you let me know below and we will try and pick a date.

Eldtrich might be a better shout than Arkham - as it's a bit faster to play, and easier to pick up for those who are new to it (whilst still being an entertaining game). But yeah absolutely interested - I'm committed to a D&D session next week, but could do any Tuesday after that.
