In removing the cursed heart brooch from herself, Igrainne has accidentally killed her succubus friend Amaunet. Amaunet reformed in the Abyss and was captured by her awful ex, the demon lord Bal'tazz'narr, to be tortured at his pleasure before he kills her for good.
Igrainne has decided that she will go to the Abyss to rescue Amaunet!
Sort of. She's not really feeling up to it, to be honest. It's just so much fuss.
But she supposes it's the right thing to do. Plus, Lady Vermillion is guilt-tripping her into doing it.
But one does not simply walk into the Abyss, birthing pool of the endless slavering hordes of demons.
All she has is a map to guide her. She will need her friends to back her up. But the realm of chaos is treacherous... Who knows how she will find her way there? And back? If there is such a way at all...
