This is Vicros Bihar, a Variant Human Clockwork Soul Sorcerer.
He has the Inheritance background, where his parents bequeathed him a pendant of a Gear Cog, which when he touched it, activated something in him, which is why he now has the Sorcerous Origin of Clockwork Soul. He now constantly hears the ticking of the Great Machine of Creation, but recently it has begun to slow down, almost as if something in the Great Machine is stuck, or worse, broken.
He knows he must find that which is broken, and somehow prevent the Great Gears from grinding to a halt.
