Tugark has a shortsword of Thunder Resistance that he picked up a long time ago and he's never actually swung it at anything! So he's offering it to anyone who might use it.
There is only one other thing to note about this shortsword. Once attuned the owner will be accompanied by an Air Elemental named "Whoosh" that acts as a kind of familiar. Additionally, in order to speak with this elemental Tugark has a torc necklace which allows the wearer to speak with Whoosh.
Tugark has spent much time with Whoosh, who can be a real breath of fresh air at times, but feels that Whoosh may be off with someone else.

what is the connection between the elemental and the sword? I have no real ability with swords but I am very interested in this Whoosh creature.

kalik , you will need to attune yourself to the sword first, it's yours if you want it. andycd , I can't recall - does Whoosh move with the player or the sword?

Whoosh moves with the sword. However, it would be a relatively minor magical procedure to transfer the binding to another magical item (i.e. your Torc of Auran) or free him entirely. So, it's up to you. Aurelia would likely be happy to perform the procedure for a handful of gold and keep him with Tugark, or you can pass Whoosh on to someone else with the sword. They might need the Torc as well though, if you were willing to make it part of the deal.

andycd kalik (out of character) I just think that someone else will have more fun than I have had. Besides, Fjell has also picked up a disembodied hand familiar too, so I'm feeling quite busy with familiars. Kalik, if you want to make friendly with Whoosh you're welcome to the Torc. The thunder resistance on the shortsword would be nice, I just don't do short or swords... So, I'm happy to proceed however you like!

Kalik already speaks primordial, of which auran is a dialect, so I don't think I would need the torc. An air elemental familiar suits the weather witch theme so well. But I also don't use short swords. If the bond can be shifted could the blade be reforged? Either into a dagger or into something tugark can use?
