The owner can expend 1 charge to cast the following spells/effects without the need for any other components.
Protection of blades: The owner can use a bonus action to cast blade ward.
Farstep stopper: As a reaction the owner can prevent a creature they can see within 60ft from teleporting. To do so the Player must invoke 'FAR STEP!' and shake a fist at the creature.
Two can play at his game: The owner can cast Misty Step as a bonus action
