Tugark is homesick for the open water, though he would never use the term "homesick" out loud.
He plans to make the trip out to the Delta past the marshlands where there were the remains of a port that he and Sef had cleared of Grungs for a man named Kennington, who was going to rebuild the area. If its possible for him to lend his seafaring experience he will gladly do so, but he hasn't heard much activity from the port at this point.
Would anyone care to accompany Tugark out there?

A note has been left for Tugark in the Ettin.
"Well I do declare! A homesick half orc in need of some information, that just won't do!
I try to be of assistance to any one in distress and I do have some information for you which will help your cause....though it does come for a price. A girl's gotta eat!
The sum isn't a lot though for a hero of Kantas, shall we say 30 gold?
Don't be a stranger sugar, let me know if the price is right."

Tugark scrawls on the Duchess' note in the affirmative to find out what information is available expecting that either she will see it, or someone who reports to her will.

A new note! "Thank you my dear, here's a little more about what I've heard on the grapevine.... My little pixies have told me that the merchant who owns Port Ffirst is looking to try and visit the local Triton populace in person, underwater. His own guards are woefully underprepared to protect someone underwater, so he will likely need more... adventurous protection. Naturally this is where you come in sugar! I hope all those wonderful memories of the sea come flooding back to you The Duchess "
