A beautiful rose-marble coloured parchment hangs from the board at the Three Headed Ettin.
If you were to inspect it closer, a faint scent of rose petal envelops the note entirely.
As you unfold it carefully you read the following:

Adventurers,

I am aware there was some kind of war in the past few days near this village.
Sadly, it was not a good time to visit as the town was severely under-protected.
I decided to take some time of from my estate in the northeastern part of Faerun and celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday somewhere exotic. And this is how I ended up here, it is with great sadness that I come to you all, my daughter Verana was kidnapped on the night of her birthday as you were, or so I've been told, valiantly fighting somewhere northbound.

I think the Argyle could host on either of those days for a group in all likelihood. I won't be able to make either day though I'm afraid. You can just book a table online with their website.

I'm going to try and do a bunch of work posting rumours and refreshing old posts on the Rumour Mill today in my lunch break, to get things sorted for the next while.
