How Wendy hauled this enormous letter to Fort Ettin is a mystery to some, but after laying the huge parchment out in the courtyard and walking around it a few times, Coll was able to copy the text to a smaller sheet he then pinned to the board.
"GREETINGS DAWNLAND ADVENTURERS,
I, ALTHEA THE BRILLIANT AND HUMBLE, WOULD LIKE TO REQUISITION YOU FOR AN UNDERTAKING LIKE NO OTHER. PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY WITHIN THE NEXT MOON IN THE COURT OF CLOUDS AND ASK FOR ME.
YOU (OR YOUR NEXT OF KIN) WILL BE GREATLY REWARDED"
It occurs to you that maybe Coll didn't have to still keep the writing so large as he was copying it over, but perhaps he was trying to convey the spirit of the message.
