Kantas Beginners: We require all the new Kantas players to play in a Beginner Friendly game. Until you've played in a BF game you cannot sign up to regular rumours. Please join our Discord server and ask to be put on our Booster List in #Kantas-general - you'll get a guaranteed spot in the next BF game!
🔴 Rumours are posted weekly between Thursday evening and Saturday morning. The rumours posted are for the games that take place two weeks later. Take time to read through the rumours, noting date and level bracket (in the title) and possible content warnings (under the rumour itself). The following Saturday at noon sharp (London time) the rumours are unlocked. Have the page with the specific rumour thread open and refresh the page until you are able to reply. First come, first served!
🔴 Forum Signatures are mandatory for sign up to a Kantas game.
This signature must include a character description (PC name, race, class and level), the Shareable link from the DnD Beyond character sheet and your personal discord nickname and handle. (Both what your nickname is set to on our Discord server and what your Discord ID is - "Bobbie" and "RobertTheDuck77" for example.) This is to ensure that the Schedulers can find and add you to the Sesh event for the game you’ve signed up for, and to help them figure out which players should be placed on a waitlist due to being outside the level bracket. If you have one Forum account for multiple PCs, your signature must include links and descriptions of all of the PCs.
🔴 You can only play one game/week/PC. When signing up for a game using a forum profile with multiple PCs, you must specify which PC you’d like to bring, even if only one of your PCs is within the level bracket.
Please note: If you do not have a correct, functioning and updated Forum signature or haven’t specified which PC you’ll be bringing to a game by the time the Schedulers make the Sesh events, you will be placed on the waitlist. The Sesh events are created on Sundays but not at a specific time, and the Schedulers will not be asked to contact you and remind you to update your signature or to clarify which PC you're bringing. We recommend making sure your reply is correct and up to date ASAP after rumours are unlocked.
These are procedures put in place by the Kantas Worldbuilder team to ensure that the admin of signups are manageable for both DMs and Schedulers. We appreciate your help in keeping this massive, wonderful machine moving smoothly! 💚

It's a good way of making sure that all the necessary information is there and that the links you've pasted work, and it makes life easier for DMs and Schedulers. 💚
How To Create/Update Your Forum Signature:
- Log in to your Forum account.
- Click “Profile” in the top menu, followed by the “Edit Profile” button on the right hand side.
- Choose the “Personal” tab and scroll down to the text box labelled “Signature”.
- Copy-Paste the following text into the text box, removing the bolded text and replacing the information as needed:

Discord: Bobbie (RobertTheDuck77)
- Multiclassed characters are best written out as total PC level and not broken down into class levels. "Level 12 fighter/barbarian" is easier to read than "Fighter 3/Barbarian 9".
- You need to have at least the first part of your nickname on Discord set to the name you as a player go by, and that is the name you write in your Signature. If your Discord nickname is "Bobbie • [PC name]" and you often change the [PC name] part, just write Bobbie in the nickname part of your signature. You don't need to update your forum signature unless you change the name in the first part of your nickname.
- Make sure to get the Shareable Link for your DnD Beyond character sheet.
- Click “Save Personal Settings”
- Check that your links work by clicking them once you've saved your signature. If they do, you're all set!
