Some of the more curious residents of Daring Heights may have noticed a small halfling with goat horns and colourful scarves sourcing building materials and basic furniture. If they keep watching, they will then see a brief flash of pastel energy followed by an assortment of baboons, eagles and mules materialise and take instructions. This unconventional construction team quickly get to work and after some brief conversation with the halfling, the basic hut is soon finished.
Over the course of a few days, flyers start to appear all around Daring Heights about 3ft off the ground, and in a simple handwriting, they say:

A new, free healing service is now available in Daring Heights for all minor injuries and ailments.
Any more serious illnesses can be assessed and will be treated if possible (this may require a donation to cover material costs), or referred to a temple with more facilities if not.
Either come and find this medical centre or send a message and house visits can be arranged.
Any donations of expertise or simply time gratefully recieved.
