With the introduction of Tasha's in Kantas comes the magical tattoos! We will follow the RAW and PCs will need to bring a Needle to get a Magic tattoo - acquired either as loot or made in downtime after first tracking down instructions on how to make one. A PC can choose to use the Needle themselves and get a random piece of mystery art on their person or take their Needle to an artist and pay 100 GP to customise it.
(Mundane tattoos are of course also available, inquire for pricing 😏)
