Masks, Meads, & Other Momentous Brews, an up-and-coming brewery out of Daring Heights, has recently unveiled its latest invention — the Murmurs of the Mountains, a delicious and unique beer created with a most unusual method. From the brilliant mind of the master brewer behind MM&OMB, this beer is fermented by exposing it to the natural elements, giving it a complex and colourful spectrum of tastes that differ from one barrel to the next!
A rich golden amber in colour, the Murmurs of the Mountains has a fruity, musty aroma, very distinct from any other beer this expert has ever drank. Its mouthfeel is crisp and dry, much like a cider, and its taste a symphony of acidic tartness, caramel sweetness, and chocolate earthiness. You may also detect a note of honey, lemony zest, or even flowery fragances depending on the barrel from which your pint came. There is nary a trace of bitterness for the hops used in this brew are aged and carefully selected.
