Word is spreading in Daring Heights and Port Ffirst that the ranger Andariel has returned from the wilds and is looking to sell his magical adventuring gear to raise enough money for a new expedition, pushing far beyond the explored areas of Kantas. No prices have been set, all offers are welcome.
The auction will function on the basis of a blind-second-price principle (Vickrey auction): bids are submitted privately, and the highest bidder wins; however, in order to incentivise bids based on real value, the winner will then pay the second highest price bid.
