Bounties are being off for the relevant body parts of locally known menaces to our society and well being.

Gnolls, 2 gp a right hand or pair of ears
wererats, 5 gp a right hand
Grungs, 1 gp a right foot
Twilights, varied gp a head of the creature for confirmation
Bullywugs, 1gp a right foot
White Dragon, 200gp head

Rewards for the bounties will be paid out at the town garrison.

No one said anything about a young baby, I said a young dragon. It wasn't an adult, but it wasn't just a big lizard either. This was no walk in the park. Also, think of this as a preventative service - I prevented the development of an adult, and even possibly an ancient dragon down the line. That kind of forward-thinking and risk-taking deserves more than 10gp!
