A new institution and business endeavour has opened in Port Ffirst.
Horrus, noble blue Dragonborn who fell in love with Port Ffirst, decided about six months ago to move on from his adventuring life to create a library accessible to the public. After investing his adventuring money and buying a building in New Town, he has now proudly opened to the public The Tymantheran Athenaeum.
Horrus' business model is mixed. Partly he runs it as a charity helping commoners educate themselves, partly he uses his noble connections to procure rarer texts to those who can pay.
