There is no note on the board in the Ettin, no letter passed to innkeeper or council. Simply, one morning, every adventurer in Daring Heights knows that the Guardian of the Northern Forest, a Seraph that some of you have met before, requests your aid at your earliest convenience. This knowledge was at the same time sudden and calm - it was simply a fact you now knew. = So I'm looking to run this next week and have it run for 2 weeks, up until Nuno's game starts. Yes Daisy, this means going to a forest.

*Hidden in the treeline on the outskirts of Daring, an unobtrusive, dark-grey-skinned figure looks up suddenly from furtively burying a small sack of items under a bush. A thought that previously had never existed in its mind was now lodged there; its origins unknown. It slings a violin case over its shoulder and heads into town.*
(What levels?)

Eh, it's more who is around, so I'm guessing we'll have a few level 6s, but I think you could make your grand debut here if you like.

Great, 'cos I'm super struggling to maintain this conveyor-belt collective of random but distinct/interesting characters!

The sun barely rose when Daisy found Demik / Code in his study. "I trust you to gather those who care to help. I'll be back to show the way. I must leave now to speak to my friends in the forest".

Demik woke up with the sound of the door of his study opening, and the voice of Daisy requesting his assistance on a quest. He raised his head, face stained with ink from falling asleep on his quill again, and blinked twice before attempting to reply, but the druid was already gone.
"Forest?... Maybe that's not a bad idea. I've been spending too much time indoors."
Picking up his staff of memory, he recorded a new entry: "Note to self: Buy more paper, my notes keep getting smudge for no apparent reason. Also, fix the damn lock on the door."

As Demik prepares to head north into the forest, he notices a familiar figure, off the road but heading in the same direction. Mounted on a great silver elk, and followed by two huge white lions, it appears Varis is making his way into the woods as well.

Hey Varis/G'Lorth/Sundilar would love to have you, though you're aware you're in Time is on my Side for the second part of this game? Happy to have you for the first session though.

"I have met this seraph, and would be honoured to bring my three billiard balls in a sock to her aid!"

Hello all, looks like Jonathan's game A Splitting Headache is running so I'll jump back to that one. Enjoy the Seraph!

I think I'll dip my toe back in the pool and join this one!
---
Having previously dealt with an imprisoned Seraph, Leocanto felt a keen resonance from this Northern Seraph's call to aid. He left the Mirror in capable hands and donned his traveling cloak as he headed north, following what seemed to be a haphazard procession of other adventurers.

Outstanding! We'll be a big group, but that should be good as there's also a mixture of levels. See you this evening at Inn of Court!
